My customer said that it showed that paypal  charged her twice for payment fee. What should I do?

Also if the customer is paying for paypal fee, do I still pay a fee to paypal when I receive money?

PayPal doesn't charge the buyer a fee for purchase payments. Is the buyer sending you a personal payment?

Does the payment involve currency conversion?
