Hello, i am sure this has been answered multiple times but I want to be sure I won't be charged any fees nor i will be scammed.
I am selling an article on craigslist and I have never used Paypal. I am about to give my paypal email address and the guy is supposed to send me $600.
1) When he sends $600, will I be charged on that amount when I receive it on my Paypal account
2) I plan on withdrawing everything to my linked bank account: will I be charged for withdrawing the $600 and have my paypal balance at 0.00?
3) Can I be scammed? Like it's showing the $600 on my account, and the guy cancels the transfer or else? Or once I see that I have been credited by $600, i can finalize the process?
Thank you very much for your help!

Yes... the standard PayPal fee for a Purchase payment is 2.9% plus 30 cents. The "Fees" section of PayPal's User Agreement has all the details... here's the link...

FYI
You should never send your paypal address to anyone, too many scammers. To secure your payment go to your paypal account and use the "request money tab". You'll need the buyers email address. You paypal email will not be revieled.

A PayPal "Money Request" email message will include the seller's (sender's) PayPal email address.
