Where most users are being charged .05% for transactions, why am I being charged so much? I believe I am due a serious refund. Thanks for checking into this. Many people have asked why my fees are so much higher than all of their customers.......
Nobody is checking into this...this is a help forum, not a customer service center. Posting on a forum will do nothing. Call the service center.

I am not sure what you're referring to. You can see the fee schedules here: https://www.paypal.com/fees
The standard rate is 2.9% +.30

Are you referring to the 5% plus 5 cents Micropayments fee?
