Merchant account fee calculation

I have a merchant account. Last month I processed over $10,000 in sales. Shouldn't this month's fees be 2.4%? I was charged 2.7%.

I would suggest contacting PayPal directly and we can take a look at your PayPal account with you to see if you are being charged the correct fees and if not what adjustments can be made. Here is the Merchant rate fee schedule.

To contact PayPal directly - log into your PayPal account, click on the Contact Us link at the bottom of the screen and you will be given a phone number and a PIN.
