Everywhere I look on PayPal with regard to fees is that if you send or receive money sent through a personal bank account, the sending and reception of that money is free.
I have two tenants that send me money every month who pay no fees, and I also pay no fees to receive said money.
Why is it when I send money to my landlord that he is asked to pay a fee, when I fund it from my bank account?
Is it because he doesn't have a bank account tied to his PayPal account yet?
