So my old debit card expired and I had to update my info and i did. Paypal took $2 from my Bank account then after activation I still havent gotten that money redeposited to my bank account. My online banking clearly shows the amount removed and transactions after it with the money clearly not being shown as deposited. Its been 4 days since I activated the card. How do i go about disputing this? If i can't get it back w/e its such a small amount but don't say you will redeposit my money you took from my account and then don't.
