"We're sorry, but that transaction no longer exists."

I received a payment. When I click "Claim your payment" on the email I got, it either directs me to a blank page or to a page where it says "We're sorry, but that transaction no longer exists. If you think this is an error, please reach out to the sender of the money." Does anyone know how to solve this ?

J'ai reçu un paiement. Lorsque je clique sur "Claim your payment" sur l'email que j'ai reçu, ca me dirige vers une page vide ou une page ou il y a "We're sorry, but that transaction no longer exists. If you think this is an error, please reach out to the sender of the money." Quelqu'un a une idée comment résoudre ce problème ?
