i close my old paypal account. and create new account.but i cant add my card new account "We’re sorry, something went wrong. Please try again.'old and new account using same card.i need to add my card this account plz help.

You are supposed to 'remove' all cards / bank accounts BEFORE you close an account.
If you don't then you can't use them on any future account.
i have the same problem and i remove my card from my old account and still get
We’re sorry, something went wrong. Please try again.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
