Report of buyer returning an unknown item back to me.

Hi,

A buyer made a dispute claiming an item sold to him did not work or non receipt . Accepted the return straight away.

Just now I have received an item not knowing who it was from (no return label), and no tracking number attached to the dispute open. The buyer has sent an item to me which I have no idea what it is. I only know that it is from this dispute currently open as they have wrapped this unknown item up in a box that has there postcode on.

the dispute number is Non-receipt – Claim – no. PP-006-103-680-422.

Paypal this is a very bad attempt of fraud and need you to resolve this asap
