It says I have no claim/dispute going through and I have!!

Hi, have got a claim going through with a company over a pair of 122.90 headphones. Its turning out to be so long winded and not worth it I am going to close the dispute. This is all very well but on my paypal account it says I dont have any claims or disputes! Clearly I have...I got another email today about the dispute wanting extra information. Have just been on the phone on hold to paypal for half an hour and cant get thru to an actual person at all!! Pleasseee helllppppp.....the customer service is shockingly bad

Did you open the dispute on ebay or paypal?

If ebay then it will only show up on ebay disputes.

If on paypal then if you opened it as a guest buyer it also won't show in your paypal account?

If neither of those apply then the dispute bugs out at 20 days if you don't escalate to a claim.
