Different product delivered

I started to dispute transaction about different  product delivered to me,

by problem resolution link, but when I checked I have not seen any case opened.

Should not I been notified by email?

Did you open a dispute for item received but not as described and if not what did you select?

 

How did you pay for the item, which option did you select or did you pay via ebay or a website etc.

 

Did you escalate the dispute to a claim within 20 days?
