Concert ticket refund

I bought Lady Gaga tickets in June 17, concert was Oct 17, it was then postponed due to her illness for Feb 18. Then cancelled. AXS issued refunds. Seller said she would refund but a month later nothing. Please help? Thanks

You only have 180 days to open a paypal dispute.

If you funded your paypal payment via a credit card then see if they will do a chargeback for you.

Failing that you have the option of the small claims court.

Most Ebay sellers have business contact info on their auctions.
