why doent paypal check facts before reversing transfers & holding money?...buyers shouldnt have the right to cause all kinds of problems if they are clearly wrong...if someone buys an item from ebay and the ad clearly says to expect delivery in 5-11 business days and on the 3rd day they want to know where item is and paypal pulls-reverses-holds your money and the buyer can string this along....
everything is so clearly documented i dont understand why paypal wouldnt do a minute of checking before anything is claimed then wait & have it take longer for everyone to resolve afterwards
