it has been over a week since paypal placed a temporary hold on my payment. i got an email saying that possibly a third party was using my account so i went and did everything it told me to do to take the restrictions off of my account. now the resolution center says that an action on my part is required for a dispute that neither the seller nor myself initiated. the kicker is that the resolution center does not give me any options. since i already have recieved my item i want to know what is going on, and how to get the seller the payment that is rightfully his.
