i sold a virtual item and have some images that would help my case but I am unable to find where I can upload images. It was recently upgraded from a dispute to a claim. I emailed paypal but they didn't answer my question.
Go to your open dispute and claim and click on the "view" hyperlink in the open cases area. There is an area where you can submit documentation. If your image is saved as a .png ,jpg .pdf you can upload it there.
