Yes. If you paid using paypal, even if the seller has closed his account you are still insured via paypal. File a case against the seller and immediiatly escalate the case to a claim. The seller will have one week to respond, after which if he does not, paypal will rule in your favor and reimburse your payment.
Hope this helps,by the way, it seems as though there has been a proliferation of fraudulent sellers lately. . Check not only their percent scores, but look at the details of their recent seller feedback before bidding.
