Same thing sort-of with me, and I'm trying to find a solution. Bought items on Ebay, Paypal transaction says "completed", yet on my purchase page on ebay there is an hour glass instead of the $ sign and where it usually says, "view order transaction" it says, "view Paypal transaction" when I do that, Paypal tells me the transaction does not have a valid ID. The seller is no longer registered on ebay. I've sent several emails, no response, and to top all that, when I try to open a resolution case, ebay says i can't because the item has not been pd for! I don't know where my money is, out in cyberspace somewhere! I can't seem to open a case anywhere, because this problem has not been addressed by ebay or paypal. And they sure have themselves protected from keeping us from contacting them. I did get so far as to get a pin # to call them, it was all automated!!! and after they asked for the item #, said it was unpaid and hung up! Paypal says its pd.AAAAARRRRRR
