My boyfriend bought a motor from someone about 2 months ago. He figured it would be safe to send the money [from his bank account] through Paypal to the seller since it wasn`t exactly an eBay purchase.. A month passed & the seller continued to say he will keep him updated on with the tracking & etc, etc. So I advised him to open a dispute & escalate it to a claim since it was taking too long & causing us a headache. The seller never responded & Paypal favored him in the claim. Now he gets an email from Paypal saying the seller has no money in his bank account & that they`ll try again in 3-5 business days.
We`re out $2800 & if the seller doesn`t deposit money into his account, WHAT NOW?! HELP !
