Made a transaction - now am a bit suspicious about trader

Hi Ive made a transaction through paypal - the website is c2coffer.com. The seller hasnt responded to a couple questions I made which made me carry out some more investigation into this particular trader. I have found he/she has copied pictures from Ebay for some of the other products he/shes selling and now Im feeling more than a bit suspicious and anxious. Other traders have bought products using paypal with this particular seller, though from what Ive seen the trader has not been around long enough to have a rating. What should I do? do I put in a dispute - though its only been 2 days since the transaction? or should I just wait and hope that they send through the goods.

Thanks for any help...

I'd say give it some time and if nothing make sure you open the dispute before the 45 days is up!

Thanks for your reply.

Now the little weevil has closed down his account from c2coffer leaving all the people (at least 16) he had purchase off him in the lurch. In my particular case this would make it impossible to ever get a refund from him if the goods he did send were dodgy. In his description of the goods he said :

"RETURN POLICY

We accept return if you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your purchase,or if the

product arrived to you in a damaged condition. Unsatisfied customers may ship the product

back immediately with the original packaging within 3 days. We will send your refund the

product fee as soon as I receive the item."

HAHAHA what a joke!!! theres no way that could ever happen now.

Not to mention - I think he has cut and paste the pictures and description from ioffer.com. Its a pity scumbags like this dont get done by their police in their country as I would get done if I were the one thieving on the net in my country. But anyway I spose I fell for it. Thank heavens I used paypal.

Cheers
