BELO IS MY LETTER TO DINODIRECT , WHO ARE THE WORST COMPNAY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH, AND I HAVE ORDERED FROM OTHER CHINESE COMPAINES BEFORE AND HAD NO PROBLEMS.

 

 

 

 

I am writting this email to inform you that I am disgusted with your products and service.
Your company lies about when items are posted and the fact obviously stands that you do not keep the items in stock .You get third party companies to send their shody untested stock to poor unsuspecting customers.
If your company was based in the UK you would have people like me taking legal action against you all day long.
I want you to cancel all pending orders and for your company to refund in full for the products that I have stupidly purchased from your awful joke of a company,
Why so agressive you may ask?
This is why.......
 
Ordered - 13/12/10 - 532982-dd A0879000CW 50mw laser - arrives broken (switch) today .- 4 weeks to arrive

13/12/10-532982-A0878000AN 30mw laser -  arrives dead (switch) - 3 weeks to arrive

14/12/10-536998-DD-A0878000DQ 100mw laser - dead after 2 days use.(diode dead) - 3 weeks to arrive.

17/12/10-546924-DD-A08770000I 100mw laser and charger x 2.
Two different models arrived, both missing chargers, one laser dim with wrist strap missing and key switch constantly un**bleep**ing and now the button stuck in the 'on' postion on the brighter laser . 4 weeks to arrive.

31/12/10-583844-DD- A13920000D- wf138 charger- no sign of it - 2 weeks later. no longer required as the laser it goes with is broken

 17/12/10-546924-DD-A13910000A-500mah cell for above charger - not arrived .4 weeks and waiting.

So, I have ordered 7 items from Dinodirect and out of that order I have 3 dead lasers, 2 faulty, 1 missing parts, 2 with no chargers, no 10440 battery and no charger for it. Nearly 5 weeks after ordering all these items and now out of pocket, for essentialy a pile of scrap.
Everything that I purchased arrived late, damaged, with missing parts, faulty or broke after 1-2 days use.

I do not want your promises of replacements and gift vouchers as I have already concluded that your "stock" has no quality control, is not tested and is not of mechantable quality.
Your customer representatives take ages to answer questions or don't bother at all.
Out of all the RMA requests and emails I sent you, you have either not replied or have taken ages in doing so and then proceeded to make contradicting excuses and fob me off.

I want all my money back now.


PLEASE LEARN FROM THIS .
