Alright, i bought virtual goods ( in game items). Seller promised delivery with in 10 minutes. 3 Hours laters i never received item. I opened a non delivery dispute.
Seller contacted me, hey let me give you the items come meet here (in virtual world). Once there he told me close dispute and we will trade.
I closed the dispute and i traded him and he loged out.
Now i cannot open another non delivery disapute, what do i do?
