I recently had a buyer purchase two items I had posted on Craigslist. These items were discounted and are heavy items. Shipment was never an option, however the buyer purchased using PayPal. I agreed to research the cost to ship and then his son became involved and is dictating how I am to ship without offering any funds for the time and effort I have spent taking these items to various shippers. Now he is telling me to refund his money.
How should I handle this? Any feedback would be helpful ASAP. Thanks!
