I have tried to contact the seller for a refund or send the correct item. I am even considering paying for the cheap substitution sent to me instead of having to return the item ans the seller claiming that they did not receive it. The only response I have received from the seller was a negative rating which I STRONGLY am opposed to and feel that is unfair since I am the aggrieved party. I have been wanting to purchase the steamer bag and have been scammed twice by ioffer sellers including seller "Ityg09877676". I did check his/her rating before accepting the offer and even indicated seller "Though $230 USD is a great price, but you do not have any positive feedback from previous buyers to risk a fairly large amount of money.Unfortunately have been scammed too many times and you would currently be a high risk seller." The seller responded with this promise "Response Jul 12, 2010 12:23 AM 'hello friend. I'm a new seller on ioffer. but please you reassurance buy it. you buy it.I send it to you. if you don't like it. I can give you full refund. and you use the PAYPAL pay it. paypal is the secure method of payment. please think of it. thanks' " I did take the seller information from the shipping label and reported him/her to the FTC online complaint webpage. I am quite disturbed and bothered that I was given a negative feedback, which I feel was done in retaliation by the seller. I am also disappointed in ioffer allowing this seller to continue to conduct business on ioffer. I have had for the most part very good success with sellers on your site (even Chinese vendors who seem to be the majority of scam artist operating in ioffer). I don't have unrealistic expectations that items sold are exactly like the authentic counterparts (you do get what you pay for) but at least expect to get the item that is described a pictured on the listing. Seller "Ityg09877676" is the second seller in the past two weeks to do this to me.
