On February 2, 2010 I ordered People Magazine through Delta Magazine Group. I had ordered this same magazine for my daughter the prior year and everything went fine. This time I changed the subscription to my name and paid the $94.95 subscription price with my PayPal account. Delta's website says it would take 12 weeks for the subscription to begin. I have been trying to contact them for over 30 days and they are not reachable, yet they are still taking people's money through their website. Their website says they are experiencing technical difficulties with their emails ONLY and if for any reason you have questions regarding your order, please call them at 800-728-3728. When you call that number the line is either busy or rings and rings and no one ever answers. I also tried calling them at 800-557-8294. Their address is 1274 49th Street STE 361, Brooklyn, NY 11219. I went to the web to see if others had complained about them and found HUNDREDS of recent complaints on www.pricegrabber.com, www.merchantcircle.com & www.bigbigforums.com. I wish I would have checked them out more closely but others complain of my same situation--they had used them before and this time they were SCAMMED. I don't understand how they can be allowed to still have their website up and collecting money from people.
