I recently purchased a VHS through Ebay, and after some issues with Paypal on my end, the payment was finally sent and the seller mailed it to me. I received it in the mail yesterday and I heard rattling. I opened the bubble-wrap envelope and it had been somewhat crushed. I messaged the seller about it asking what I should do, but he hasn't responded yet.
What am I supposed to do in a case like this? I've bought many things before and never had an issue... and I don't have enough spare money to buy another one for a while.
