Damaged Barbie doll clothes.

I keep  buying  Barbie doll items of very low quality. The photos of these items do not reflect the true nature of the garbage these items really are. I really look forward to receiving the items only to open them and be insulted that my money and time were wasted on the purchase of these evidently damaged items. When I get these items I feel that the seller maliciously and intentionally fooled me into purchasing items that should be in the garbage can.

One seller said it was rude of me to tell her how I feel. My response was to tell her it was rude of her to sell these  items. I feel that the ridiculously damaged or unscrupulously false descriptions of these items should be more severely dealt with in addition to a negative feedbacks would like to send photos of these items to Ebay

Another complaint I have is the difficulty in contacting Ebay. I keep getting steered to a website that does not exist. Are there any other alternatives to negative feedback? I do return the items for a refund but that is an unnecessary inconvenience.

Dear Barbie collector,

You have several ways to deal with this seller, one is to telephone Ebay Directly, let a represenative be aware

of this on going issue, It is clearly a fraud issue, if yout issue is not reoloved then I would obtain a sealed warrant

thtough the atttorney General office to be served to Ebay in the warrant you must list what yourt seeeking for.

You may request for the address and telephone number then, file a complaint through the local Attorney General

located in the county where the seller is resided,

It should be investigated by the Attorney General Office since that merchant does not reside in your state. List what your

request are in demands, civil course may wind up being your answer against the merchant and not ebay.
