I am selling am automobile (on Craigs List). The buyer is from out of state and wants to use pay pal for the transaction.
Is there anyway that I can show "sale complete at time of pick up, auto sold in as in condition", when I send the request for payment through PayPal. Reason being, I do not want to be liable for none delivery.
The buyer is paying for and having a shipping company pick up the auto at my house.
