I ordered a jacket from plataeuoutlet.com on Black Friday 11-27-20, and as of 1-2-21, I have not received the item.
The tracking site 17track, shows the item as "In Transit", but it has not left China yet, and it has been 36 days.
Is it time to request a refund?
