I made a purchase via Paypal, got permission to return it as it wasn't suitable. I paid the return carriage via parcels2go-through Paypal. Now they want proof of the cost, and the name of the seller, I have tried to upload pics I took, but keep getting the message max file size is 5MB what can I do? I cannot find any way of contacting Paypal.
