I purchased an item which, as usual with items from China, took over 2 months to be delivered. Once it arrived it was something completely different than what it was advertised. I started by contacting the seller that took its time and after a while, I escalated the matter. In the meantime I had to leave for personal reasons and paypal gave me a specific date by which I could return the item. As I was away, I immediately informed Paypal that the item would be returned once I am back but paypal refused and told me that these are the rules! it is absurd: the item will be returned but as I am not home, I cannot return it by the date mentioned by paypal.
any ideas? cannot ask someone else to do that for me as the people that have my key are also away.
