in dispute number PP-D-79596873 the dispute team gave me the return address in chinese only, they did not offer it in english language and they only gave an option of uploading tracking number with a deadline !!!, no option for sending a message to alert them to there mistake.....the local office does not speak chinese , nor do they have chinese keyboard !!!
