"You can't use PayPal anymore." What?

Hi, I've been a PayPal user for 20 years but this is my first time in the community. Logged in this morning and received a message that my account is permanently limited due to a violation of PayPal's policy. There's an inbox message that says, "There's a problem with your account," with a link to resolve it. But when I click the link, I just get the page that says I can't use PayPal anymore. No resolution steps are provided.

Where do I find out what caused this and get it fixed? My best guess is that I bought a gas mask from a military surplus for my high-risk son. I also bought rubbing alcohol from a medical supply.

My situation is same as yours. I have been with Paypal for many years too. I make payment through PayPal for this reason. So if fraudulent is involved, I may go through resolution.
