My name is Tommy and I am trying to receive a refund on a purchase that I made using the app Depop. I have been told to open a dispute on PayPal because the app offers Buyer Protection through PayPal. There is one problem, though. I cannot open a dispute because my PayPal account is unusable. I lied about my age awhile ago and now the website says, "We're unable to continue offering our services." I can't even get in contact with PayPal support because you need a functioning account to message them. I have a PayPal receipt that shows proof of the purchase but I purchased the item through PayPal guest checkout so it is not connected to my banned PayPal account.
