"Some information is missing or incorrect."

I am currently trying to open a dispute re: a transaction from early in April. When I fill in the form and press submit, I get an error message saying "Some information is missing or incorrect." which is not true. I have tried on four different web browsers, cleared caches etc. so I think it might be an account error (?????)

What should I do?

I am currently having the same issue after being scammed from a seller in china. Very annoying!

Same here and no one is doing anything about it. When I try to get help from help assistant they are sending me around in circles. I have tried calling but I can't get through.
