paypal blocked

Hi, I have a problem with my paypal account.I cannot withdraw or receive money I made countless tickets to the support and each time I received an incomplete or inconsistent answer.I have often tried to call different numbers indicated on the site but because of the coronavirus, the call center is closed.I do not understand what is happening, I would like to talk to a paypal employee to clarify the situation.Thank you

There might be a limitation on your account that's why you're having this trouble. I don't blame you if you're already tired about this, it's just that as of this moment we still don't have a specific schedule for our calls support team to be available due to the growing pandemic outbreak so your patience and
understanding will be fully appreciated. We still have our chat support team and we'll be more than welcome to assist you. Just login on your PayPal account, go to Message Center, then choose the option for Chat.
