order missing from ASOS and blocked

Hi guys. So I ordered a few items from ASOS. When I received the package, it was wide open (there's a HUGE hole) and only held by tape with items missing inside. I reported this to ASOS and at first they said they will return my money, the next day they're saying that they decided not to and they have blocked my account so I can't even keep track or access my invoice or do return on their other items, at my OWN expenses to the UK from Australia. This is so upsetting. Has anyone ever had any experience with this? I have escalate this to Paypal and yet to receive a response. Thanks so much.
