i have a case open, its been escilated, the company is trying to contact me outside of paypal now
its an open and shut case if it matters, they took my money and didnt post anything for 2 months and ignored me untill i opened the case
problem is i emailed paypal to ask if i should reply to them or to let paypal deal with it, and got an auto response, that said to reply if it didnt help, ive then replyed and had identical auto responce 6 times, how do i get a human to talk to, ive complained to paypal and they wont reply to that either

Up to you but if you don't get a refund or your item then don't let the dispute time out and make sure you escalate it to a claim.

its already escilated to a claim.... which is why they have bothered to message me now,
if paypal had anyone actually reading emails instead of an AI that doesnt work, i would know what to do
