This is a scam website. File a dispute with Paypal. They are fraudulent and will falsify shipping and delivery but you'll not receive anything from them.

Definitely a scam. Very disappointed that PayPal does not screen the companies that use their service. If you've been scammed, dispute with PayPal and your credit card company.

You have to dispute the charge from your bank! PayPal is now saying it's the only way!

I had to go to the post office and get a printout showing the package was delivered to the wrong address then Paypal refunded my payment.
