what happens when you get half the package yet the merchant says they have verified delivery status on the package??? YES!! I DID GET 1 ITEM BUT NOT THE OTHER!!!! so now i am out $60 plus shipping and have no present under the tree for a special family member...PayPay settled dispute in the merchants favor>>>>

Which dispute did you file for?

If you opened non receipt then you would lose if the seller could prove trackable proof of delivery.

If you opened received but not as described ie 1 instead of 2 items then if the seller refused to refund paypal would tell you to send back what you received for a full refund. (paypal do not get involved in part refunds or part returns so that is the only option available).

IF YOU FUNDED YOUR PAYPAL PAYMENT VIA A CREDIT CARD THEN CONTACT YOUR CARD ISSUER FOR A CHARGEBACK?
