looks like something went wrong on our end

I'm tired of the bugs. My seller agreed to refund me certain amount for the failed parts in the dispute communication, I just have to press on "confirm" and that should be the end.

Every lime I do it - I get "looks like something went wrong on our end" notification and nothing happens. I just want to confirm it, why paypal 

does not fix it as the bug is well known?!

Lots of posts about it and no resolution at all.

Tried different laptops, browsers and ISP - no luck. 

Just a bug. I've sent mail to support 5 days ago. Still no help from them...
