Can some one help I receive package after open case that item which I received doesnt match description and send item back,seller receive it at 27 of May and mark that item he received back( this told buyer but what he write I dont know) so paypal not closed this case final decision was 27 May noy at 5 of June,can some one explain me if seller put that item received why paypal not close and refund my money
