Asked to pay direct to sellers e mail on PayPal. No iPhone, no response to e mails. Promised tracking number. Never got that. Still selling on e bay despite fact I’ve been scammed!!! What if he/she closes eBay account, closes PayPal account? My 300 quid gone. Help!

I'm sorry to hear you haven't received your purchase. As long as you paid goods and services, you should be covered. Here's how to file a dispute, https://www.paypal.com/uk/smarthelp/article/what-if-i-didn't-receive-my-item-or-it's-not-as-advertis.... Also, rest assured that regardless of the seller's eBay or PayPal account status, you can still file a dispute and be covered under PayPal's Purchase Protection.
