In october i ordered a squirrel proof feeder, was photos showing a spinning mechanism on bottom of feeder that would spin squirrel off, ad also said a bag of bird seed came with purchase. When item arrived two months later, it was a cheap plastic little tube feeder, no mechanism, no seeds. I filed claim that item was garbage and not as advertised, i even uploaded the photos from the ad, and the piece of garbage they sent me. Today i recieve email that my claim was denied because seller provided tracking info that item was recieved...I DID NOT SAY I DIDNT RECIEVE IT...and i even added an additional note on my claim that i was not saying i didnt get it, but that it was not as described. I cant find anyway to get justice for this terrible ripoff.
