i need to changed the country on the account as its USA by mistake, i have a lot of funds in the account and cant withdrawal it to my bank with out social security number, 20 days ago admin said the high up admin would contact me in 8-10 days, no one contacted me, then paypal removed all messaging and phone call options from the account, i had to use other account to contact them.
i have now sent over 40 messages to paypal clearly telling them that the country on the account is not meant to be USA and needs to be corrected, we not sure why it is USA as the address cleary says the intended country. and not USA.
every time the staff dont answer me and tell me to do something i have already done and will not answer why the high up admin never contacted me when they said they would.
i tell them clearly the issue that the country is wrong and i need it fixed to get the funds and close the account.
the just tell me to add a phone number to the account for withdrawals when its allready added and set up. looks like their AI is just dealing with me.
shocking that they blocked all chat and never told me why.
any one know what to do? they make it very very hard to report this to them or make a compliant.
