oky good day all welcome now lets start after trying to contac paypal via email or phone from sa is a problem i never use paypal but on the 31jan i notice my money whent missing from my bank i look at my statemend just to found out its in someones paypal account so my question is how do i report it ? how can i see where my money go? how can i get my money back
