my daughter wanted to buy a pool when she proceeded to do so through me we found out that the website was fraudulent and she had already sent the money now we are trying to get the money but can't get a hold of anyone on PayPal to help me. I did the dispute a claim and the company said that it would refund my money as soon as we send back the product but we never received anything to send back. they just took my money what do I do
