bought a phone off ebay waited 10 days for delivery which is bad enough, contacted seller numerous times with no response. Guess what, yes after 10 days phone did not arrive. So i set up a dispute on paypal. So my question is this after waiting so long for delivery now i have to wait another 10 days for seller to respond to me opening a case against them. Why should they be allowed so long to respond when in the previous period they have not. so i'm gonna be nearly a month without a lot of money that i really need out of my account. give them 24 hours if no response, they aint gonna respond give buyer money back. i'm totally disgusted.
