let me give a little more on my first entry i ordered some security cam on line a couple a days later i thought that was a good price so i went back on line and ordered another package 17 days later i check on orders and it says waiting to be shipped so i tried to get in touch with the company and find out my second order they put with another company even though i went to same websit they give me a bogus email site to get in touch with them on so i filed 2 claims with pay pal then i find out they give a tracking number it said it was deliverd i call ups and they said tracking number was not for me or my address i told pay pal about it and hell guess they dont check it out pay pal then tells me they need to chang my claim from not receive to item not what i orderd dont know why but i thought ok they know what they are doin i have tried to get through to pay pal but cant seem to get through now i get email says i lost 1 st claim how can i lose when all i done was pay for something and not get it ok im done thinking i should close my account if this is help i dont need it
