i recently filed a dispute against a seller who refused to refund me through ebay, the item is s telescopic stool which i bought for camping. On the first use some of the nodules that hold it up when opened broke. they refused my return on ebay so i tried though paypal the nearest option for a reason was item not as described so i selected that option but the case has been closed because it had been damaged in my posession !!! does anyone have any suggestions please ?
