Tried to order a product but by the time I got to the checkout it they had billed me for 10 items!!! What can I do??

Does it show on your paypal account? If so then mark 9 of them as a billing error, also give c.s a call for more advice.

Then also contact that company and ask them to refund x9 payments but as they are a tat China company they may not.

 

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

I received both the drones! Ordered in January so I frankly thought I wouldn’t. Both arrived yesterday!
